SHIP SPECIFICATIONS

The Production Stations had been the basis of the FE's "economy of plenty" but without the Stepping Stone Network they had no power, no raw materials and no way of getting their products to where they were required. In theory they could have been used again, but no one knew how to re-create the SS Network. Most Production Stations were caniballised during the war, although the Station at Ferghana survived as a shipyard, although of considerably lower technology than the PS's products.
